Everything worked as expected, and I was very satisfied with both the delivery agent and the company itself. The delivery was on time, but the driver had to wait for two hours to be cleared to unload at my local marina due to ongoing construction. Nevertheless, the driver was incredibly patient and answered all the questions I had while we waited. He was a super nice guy.
The boat was also as expected; we tested it at my local marina, and everything checked out. I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised that everything went smoothly. Given that it's a large purchase, I was expecting all kinds of delays. I'm glad that wasn't the case.

My experience with BlueHarbor Acel Marine was great. The agent explained every part of the process to me and even helped with the registration process, which wasn’t even his responsibility. The only discomfort I experienced was the delay in delivery, which was two days later, even though I was within the 500-mile free delivery area (194 miles). It even made me wonder if I had been scammed. However, the driver eventually showed up, and everything was as expected. Great experience overall.

My experience was not so great. Firstly, it took a week for them to reply to my request to sell my boat. Then, it cost me a ton of money just to get the boat fixed—definitely could have done it cheaper at my local dealership. It then took more than a month to find a buyer; everyone was hesitant to use the company. Although I eventually sold it, it took much longer than expected. Oh, and the payment was late too—I heard all kinds of excuses until I received it.

I had a problem with receiving my payment at the end of the sale. For some reason, it got rejected by my bank twice. Eventually, I had to opt for a different payment option just to get paid. The sales process went well, though. I sold my truck in a few days since it was listed.
